| Job Description | As a Sales Representative at sCool Stuff, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-notch sport and active wear to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Serve our existing clientele; 2. Open new markets and identify potential growth; 3. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships; 4. Assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs; 5. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques; 6. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction; 7. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately inform customers; 8. Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers; 9. Managing your own sales territory effectively; 10. Manage the online platform; 11. Manage the logistics relating to the online shop; 12. Take control of all digital and electronic advertising on social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc) |
| Requirements | 1. Bilingual (proficiency in both English and Afrikaans). 2. Own reliable transport for commuting to work and customer visits. 3. Proven experience in sales and customer service. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities. 6. Self-motivated and target-driven. 7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 8. Basic computer skills. |
